In 2019, Fedhealth completely revamped their medical aid product to create something the South African public has not yet seen. The problem however, is that people will always be scared of change, and hesitant to embrace it. So we created an award-winning campaign that repositioned the change not as a something to be feared, but the medical aid revolution that South Africans have been calling for. The campaign reached across all platforms – TV, print, press, radio – all the way to digital and social.
